The ocean symbolizes the vastness of knowledge, the depth of noble values as well as the confluence of various creativity, feelings and intentions of humanity that give birth to a noble culture representing the virtuous, admirable and serene Krama Bali civilization.
The ocean also symbolizes Balinese civilization, which is open to different cultures and people from different corners of the world, harmoniously combining to add color to the Balinese art and culture library and confirm Bali as the center of world civilization (Bali Padma Bhuana).
