The Mechanism For Using Riyadh Metro And Issuing The Card.

1. Issuing of the 'Raji' card (prepaid card)

  • Location: You can obtain the "Raji" card from metro stations through service kiosks or from the service centers of the Riyadh Metro project.
  • Registration: Upon receiving the card, you may need to register your personal information through the electronic system or via the official Riyadh Metro app.
  • Top-up: The card can be topped up with funds through payment devices available at metro stations or through banking apps compatible with the system.

2. Using the "Raji" Card

  • Entry to Stations: Upon arriving at the metro station, place the "Raji" card on the reader device at the entry gates to activate entry. The fare will be deducted from the card balance.
  • Travel on Different Lines: The metro has several lines (red, blue, orange, etc.), and you can move between these lines as needed.
  • Exit Gates: Upon reaching your final station, use the "Raji" card again at the exit gate.

3. Using the Riyadh Metro App

  • You can also download the Riyadh Metro app on your mobile phone to track schedules, stations, and issue digital tickets.

4. Single or Daily Tickets

  • If you do not wish to obtain a prepaid card, there are single tickets available for one-time travel, as well as daily tickets for unlimited trips within one day.

Dedicated shuttle buses will be available to transport guests for the following events:

April 13 Boulevard City ........ from 19:00 to 21:00
April 14 Gala Dinner ........ from 19:00 to 21:00
April 15 Technical Visit ........ from 15:00 to 19:00
