Melasti Water Carnival
An event for the 10th World Water Forum youth social gathering as well as socializing the younger generation about the importance of clean water for life and inviting them to join in making various efforts to conserve water. Melasti Water Carnival will be enlivened by the performances of Kecak Dance, Water Carnival Dance and Baleganjur as well as a number of musicians namely Jun Bintang, Alffy Rev and RAN. In addition, there will be local booths selling food, fashion and crafts.
Forum participants can take the bus to Melasti Beach with pick-up point at BNDCC 2 (Lobby Pecatu) that will be departed every 15 minutes starts from 16:15 until 17:30 (local time). Please bring your forum badge to enter the bus. After the event, buses will be provided.
For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please do not bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, sharp weapons and firearms. It is recommended to wear a jacket or long-sleeved shirt to anticipate windy weather.
