Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration time zone is subject to the Jakarta time (UTC+7).
2. WWC members will receive a discount in forum registration fees / WWC BOG members will be given registration code separately.
3. Data Validation:
1. Student:

   Valid Student ID card or Accreditation Letter from your University or College (mentioning that you are a valid student from the said University or College).

2. Youth/Retired:

   Valid ID Card or Passport (Youth < 35 years old; retired > 56 years old).

4. Benefit for participants 6 days pass: lunch, coffee break & material soft copy
5. Benefit for 1 Day & 3 Days Pass include: lunch, coffee break & soft copy material on the selected days.
6. The Registration is noncancelable and nonrefundable.

PAYMENT

General:

1. We accept Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard and JCB) and Bank Transfer. With DOKU Payment gateway.
2. All transaction will be converted to IDR (Indonesian Currency).
3. The exchange rate is based on SELL bank notes of Bank BNI (our official Bank). Click here for details.

ONLINE Payment:

1. Payment made on our website before the event until May 17, 2024.
2. Operation time is 24 hours.

ONSITE Payment – Bali, Indonesia:

1. Location: Nusa Dua Beach Hotel (NDBH), Keraton Room. Bali, Indonesia.
2. Open:
1. Friday, 17th May – Sunday, 19th May 2024 at 08.00 – 21.00 (GMT+8)
2. Monday 20th May – Saturday, 24th May 2024 at 08.00 – 19.00 (GMT+8)
3. Payment Method:
1. Credit Card (VISA /Mastercard and JCB) and Bank Transfer.
2. Cash. IDR only. (Indonesian Law Regulation)

Invoice Issuance:

For International payment, the official electronic receipt service is provided, users can choose to download it on the website after completing the payment.

The Registration is noncancelable and non-refundable
